In January 2021,  Lin Nan, the chairman of Linjia Puzi Food Co. from Dalian organized staff to deploy supply, chose fish, meat, mushroom, yogurt which were ready-to-eat and could replenish energy, donating for the epidemic-combating frontline staff. While the company couldn't deliver the donated food directly because of the need for epidemic control and prevention work, therefore, Lin Nan got in touch with the president of Ping'an Volunteers Association, then both sides reached an agreement on a plan the first time. Lin Nan organized staff to load various of canned food which was more than 2000 cases and valued more than CNY100,000 to the trucks and delivered to Jinpu New Area, including Advanced Street, Station Street, Guangzhong Street, Friendship Street, Yongzheng Street as well as Blue Sky Rescue Team of Ping'an Volunteers Association and other more than 10 thousand staff or volunteers work for communities, streets, and resident police station.
