The three companies in this investigation are subsidiaries of Inner Mongolia COFCO Tamato Co. Ltd., which mainly produces and sell tomato products such as canned tomato paste. Their products were exported to Japan & South Korea, Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and totally more than 80 countries and regions. At present, it has become strategic partners with many international enterprises in relevant industry. Meanwhile, it took the lead in the introduction of advanced foreign tomato planting, harvesting equipment, established mechanized growing, harvesting and transporting system, ensuring high quality of tomato raw material, equilibrium supply and food safety.
