On April 14, 2021, the president-general of China Canned Food Industry Association was invited to IAPPST, CAAS to have an in-depth communication and discussion about the situation of Chinese fruits and vegetables can industry development system and innovations in scientific research with Bi Jinfeng, the chief scientist of fruits & vegetables manufacturing and nutrient health innovation team. 

Dr Jin introduced the history and structure of the institute, as well as the general situation, research and international exchange jobs. Meanwhile, he made a brief description of developing trend. 

The president-general Liu gave a brief overview of Chinese fruits & vegetables can industry on latest development and new bright spots recent years. He also expected to strengthen cooperation with IAPPST, CAAS to promote high-quality development of canned industry and participate into the international market to make contributions all over the world. 

 Subsequently，the president-general Liu visited IAPPST guided by Dr Jin.
